How we work
Four things we do the same way every time.
We attend the property ourselves rather than pricing off another company's report.
If an owner cuts the scope, we record what that leaves exposed before the work starts.
An owner approving money should be able to see the fault they are paying to fix.
What has to happen now sits separately from what can wait, so nothing gets padded.

Before you call.
How quickly can you get out to a roof?
We are usually out to a report within 48 hours, and at the latest one to three days. If water is actively coming into a property we will do everything we can to get there the same day.
Do you charge for a quote or a report?
No. Inspections, quotes and our detailed photographic roof reports are all free. You get every defect photographed and explained, required works listed separately from recommended works, and a priced scope, at no cost and whether the work goes ahead or not.
Will you quote off another roofer's report?
No. We attend the property and look at the roof ourselves before we price anything. A quote built on someone else's scope is a quote for a job we have not seen.
Do you work with real estate agencies and strata managers?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We arrange access with tenants, send photos with every quote, and separate required works from recommended works so an owner can approve without a phone call.
What warranty do you give?
Seven years on new roofs, guttering and waterproof membrane works, and three years on repairs. That covers our workmanship. Product warranties come from the manufacturer on top of that.
Do you do insurance work?
Yes. We can provide the photographs and the written scope an insurer will ask for.
