The problem
A roof that has been patched five times is usually telling you the material is finished. The sheets are corroded through, the screws have opened up their holes, and each new repair buys less time than the last one.
How we handle it
Our approach.
We strip the roof back to the structure, fix what we find underneath, and re-sheet it properly. Battens get replaced where they are soft, sarking goes on, and every flashing is rolled to suit the job rather than pulled off a shelf.

7 year Workmanship warranty- Full tear-off and removal of the old roof
- Timber and batten inspection, with any rot replaced before sheeting
- Anticon or reflective sarking laid over the battens
- New Colorbond sheeting in your choice of colour
- Custom flashings, ridge capping, valleys and barge rolled to suit
- New gutters and downpipes where they are past their life
- Full clean down and magnet sweep of the site
