We are usually out to a report within 48 hours, and at the latest one to three days. If water is actively coming into a property we will do everything we can to get there the same day.
No. Inspections, quotes and our detailed photographic roof reports are all free. You get every defect photographed and explained, required works listed separately from recommended works, and a priced scope, at no cost and whether the work goes ahead or not.
No. We attend the property and look at the roof ourselves before we price anything. A quote built on someone else's scope is a quote for a job we have not seen.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We arrange access with tenants, send photos with every quote, and separate required works from recommended works so an owner can approve without a phone call.
Seven years on new roofs, guttering and waterproof membrane works, and three years on repairs. That covers our workmanship. Product warranties come from the manufacturer on top of that.
Yes. We can provide the photographs and the written scope an insurer will ask for.
