The problem
Rusted gutters hold water against the fascia, rot the timber behind them, and push overflow back under the roof sheets in heavy rain. On a box gutter with an undersized outlet, one blocked downpipe puts water into the building.
How we handle it
Our approach.
We replace guttering in Colorbond to match the roof, set the falls properly, and size the downpipes and overflows for the area they actually carry. If the fascia behind has gone, that gets dealt with first.
