Membrane work on balconies, decks, planters and flat roof areas.
The problem
A balcony above a living room is a roof, and it is the one nobody maintains. When the membrane under the tiles fails, water goes into the slab and comes out of the ceiling below, and by then the tiles have to come up.
How we handle it
We strip back to the substrate, prepare it properly, and lay a membrane rated for the exposure. Falls, drains and upstands get done to spec, because a membrane over an area with nowhere for water to go will fail regardless of the product.
What is included
Why us
Membrane work is only as good as the preparation under it. We do not lay over a substrate that is not ready, even when it means a longer job.
