The problem
Water does not come in where the stain is. It runs along a batten or a rafter and drops somewhere else entirely. That is why a roof can be sealed three times and still leak, and why the third roofer sells you a whole new roof.
How we handle it
Our approach.
We track the water back to where it is actually getting in. Box gutters, parapets, penetrations, flashings, and water testing where the source is not obvious. Then you get told what it is, in plain English, with a photo of it.
