The problem
What we were dealing with.
A re-roof done in stages so the house stays watertight overnight. Each section has to be stripped, sarked and closed in within the day.
Scope of work
- Staged strip and re-sheet, section by section
- Reflective sarking laid over the battens ahead of each run
- New sheeting fixed off before the end of each day
- Ridge and hip capping on completion
